To publish an article in "Scientific Notes of the Taurida National V. I. Vernadsky University. Series: Philology. Journalism", Volume 37 (76), No. 4, 2026, it is necessary to take the following steps until July 24, 2026:

No more than one article by the same author (co-author) may be published in the issue.

The scientific article should include the following structural elements:
Formulation of the problem in general form and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks.
An analysis of the latest research and publications that the author relies on to address this issue and how to address it. In doing so, highlight the unresolved parts of the overall problem that are being explored in the article.
Formulating the goals of the article (setting the task)
Outline of the main research material with full justification of scientific results obtained.
Conclusions from this study and further prospects in this direction.

Section
The UDC index in the upper left corner.
Name and initials of the author (s), ORCID.
Article title in Ukrainian and English. The name and initials of the author (s) in Latin are given in English.
Abstracts and keywords in Ukrainian and English. Abstract volume is at least 1800 characters, keywords are at least 5 words.
Bibliographic list. References to the sources should be made in square brackets, indicating the page numbers according to the source: for example, [3, p. 234] or [2, p. 35; 8, p. 234].

The bibliographic description of the list of sources used is drawn up taking into account the developed in 2015 National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302: 2015 "Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General Terms and Conditions of Assembly." To ensure the quality of scientific citations, the DOI of each source (if available) must be provided in the list of references.

Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers:
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.

Language of publications: Ukrainian, English, Polish, German, French, Slovak, Romanian, Italian.

The editorial staff receives and registers DOI for articles.

Academic integrity:
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using the software StrikePlagiarism.com developed by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

Technical requirements:

Article size: 12 to 20 pages, A4 (297 x 210), margins: 25 mm to the left, 20 mm to the right, top and bottom, typed in Microsoft Word. All text of the article, bibliographic list, abstracts, etc. are printed in Times New Roman font, size is 14 pt, iline spacing 1.5. If the article contains formulas and (or) illustrations, they should be compact, have title, Times New Roman text size, 12 pt. Tables and illustrations should be no larger than the page width. 

 

Submitted manuscripts are subject to editing, peer review, and plagiarism check.

If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee.

After making the payment, the author must send a scanned copy of the receipt to the editorial office.

The publication fee is UAH 1,800 (up to 12 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and/or publication of the article.

The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.

Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.

Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1,000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website before October 30, 2026.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before November 30, 2026.
